About The Role
As an AI Engineer at NxtGen Analytics, you will build and scale intelligent systems that turn complex data into real-world solutions. You will work hands-on with machine learning and language models, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help bring ideas from concept to production. This role is for a curious builder who values collaboration, thoughtful problem-solving, and responsible technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and deploy robust predictive models, clustering algorithms, and NLP techniques to power intelligent automation and client solutions. • Collaborate closely with AI Engineers to integrate models into production systems, ensuring performance monitoring and adherence to MLOps best practices. • Design and lead experiments, from initial hypothesis development to statistical validation, to inform critical product decisions. • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and advanced statistical modeling on large, complex datasets. • Create clear visualizations and compelling narratives to communicate complex model results and business recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. • Stay current with trends in generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and applied machine learning in a business context. • Apply ethical and responsible data science practices when building and deploying models.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development or related roles. Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain). • Hands-on experience fine-tuning and deploying large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT). • Strong background in NLP, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge graphs. • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS (Vertex AI proficiency is a plus). • Proven ability to build and manage scalable MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, model monitoring). • Strong coding discipline, documentation skills, and collaborative mindset.
