As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll build and automate the infrastructure that keeps our platform fast, reliable, and always on. You’ll turn infrastructure into code, pipelines into products, and deployments into non-events—so teams can ship with confidence and speed.
- Develop, test, and deploy robust predictive models, clustering algorithms, and NLP techniques to power intelligent automation and client solutions.
- Collaborate closely with AI Engineers to integrate models into production systems, ensuring performance monitoring and adherence to MLOps best practices.
- Design and lead experiments, from initial hypothesis development to statistical validation, to inform critical product decisions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and advanced statistical modeling on large, complex datasets.
- Create clear visualizations and compelling narratives to communicate complex model results and business recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay current with trends in generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and applied machine learning in a business context.
- Apply ethical and responsible data science practices when building and deploying models.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development or related roles.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning and deploying large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
- Strong background in NLP, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge graphs.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS (Vertex AI proficiency is a plus).
- Proven ability to build and manage scalable MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, model monitoring).
- Strong coding discipline, documentation skills, and collaborative mindset.
